We support the sourcing journey from supplier search and samples through production follow-up, quality inspection, consolidation and shipping coordination.
How is the service fee calculated?
Our standard sourcing service fee is 5% of the product value. Any project-specific costs, such as large custom samples, moulds, laboratory testing or third-party services, are confirmed before commitment.
Can I book a factory audit or inspection without full sourcing?
Yes. Standalone factory visits, supplier checks, pre-shipment inspections, trade-show support and selected content services can be quoted as defined projects.
What does an Aupeak factory audit check?
The scope can include business identity, facility and equipment, production capacity, quality controls, relevant documents, working environment and current photo or video evidence. The final checklist is adapted to the product and buyer's risk priorities.
Do you support lower MOQs?
The final MOQ is set by each factory, but we negotiate for the lowest practical quantity and look for options suited to SMEs, startups and product testing.
Can you support OEM and ODM projects?
Yes. We coordinate OEM and ODM requirements, samples, packaging, mould development and production follow-up with suitable manufacturing partners.
Which trade terms can you arrange?
We can coordinate projects using EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP terms, depending on the product, destination and preferred logistics setup.
