QUALITY CONTROL

Quality inspection in China before the goods are released.

Aupeak's quality inspection service checks a defined sample of finished or in-production goods against the approved specification. Findings cover quantity, workmanship, measurements, function, packaging and defects so the buyer can decide whether to release, correct or re-inspect the order.

SERVICE SCOPE

What the buyer receives.

Aupeak coordinates on-site product inspection in China against approved specifications, AQL sampling and buyer-defined defect criteria.

Standalone inspections: quoted by scope

01

Inspection plan

Product reference, quantity, sampling approach, critical checks, defect categories and acceptance limits confirmed in advance.

02

On-site product checks

Quantity, workmanship, dimensions, functions, labels, packaging and available product-specific tests recorded.

03

Evidence and decision summary

Photos, findings, defect counts, unusual observations and a clear result for buyer review before release.

HOW THE WORK RUNS

Four visible stages.

Each project confirms the approval points, external costs and evidence expected before work begins.

  1. 01

    Freeze the reference

Use the approved specification, golden sample, packaging artwork and agreed quality criteria.

  2. 02

    Confirm timing and quantity

Schedule the inspection when enough goods are complete and available for representative selection.

  3. 03

    Inspect and document

Select units, perform agreed checks and classify findings as critical, major or minor where applicable.

  4. 04

    Close corrective actions

Review the result, required rework and evidence needed before release or re-inspection.

BEST FIT

When this service adds the most value.

  • A first order from a new factory.
  • Custom products, packaging or critical performance requirements.
  • Buyers who need current evidence before balance payment and shipment release.

CLEAR BOUNDARIES

01Sampling does not guarantee that every unit is defect-free.

02An inspection cannot compensate for an unclear specification or unapproved product changes.

03The buyer or authorised quality owner makes the final shipment-release decision.

See how QC findings are organised in Aupeak's client ERP
What is checked during a pre-shipment inspection?

Checks can include quantity, workmanship, dimensions, function, components, labels, carton data, packaging and product-specific tests agreed before the visit.

Does Aupeak use AQL sampling?

AQL-based sampling can be used where appropriate. Sampling level and defect limits should be agreed for the product and buyer's risk tolerance before inspection.

Can an inspection be booked without sourcing service?

Yes. A standalone inspection can be quoted once the product, quantity, factory location, timing and inspection checklist are understood.

What happens if the inspection fails?

The buyer reviews the findings and can require corrective action, evidence, sorting, rework or re-inspection before approving release.
