Successful Case Sharing: Facilitating a Strategic Partnership Between a Client and a Factory.

😉 After wrapping up a business trip, I finally have some downtime to reflect on a recent successful case.

1️⃣ I met the factory through an industry exhibition and later conducted an on-site visit. I was impressed by the factory’s product quality and its attention to detail, which stood out compared to its competitors. When I learned that my client had a demand for related products, I proactively introduced this factory to them.

2️⃣ The client first checked the factory’s samples, and upon approval of the sample quality, they traveled to China to negotiate a partnership with the factory. I accompanied them throughout the process. Over the course of three days of meetings, I assisted both sides in communicating on various aspects, including quality control, delivery schedules, and pricing.

👏 I’m thrilled that both parties ultimately reached an agreement!

📍 Key factors for success:
1️⃣ The client had clear and specific requirements.
2️⃣ The factory demonstrated a high level of cooperation.
3️⃣ My role as a local intermediary was instrumental during the meetings. I understand how to communicate effectively with factories, while also being fully aware of the client’s needs and the factory’s concerns.

🌞 On the last day of the client’s trip, I had the opportunity to show them my city—a beautiful city with a rich history (Hangzhou). We strolled through ancient streets, took a boat ride along the rivers, and enjoyed roast duck together.
